This policy explains how PT Prima Interaktif (“Prima Interaktif”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit primainteraktif.com (the “site”) or email us. We process personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Who is responsible

PT Prima Interaktif is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

What this site does not collect

The site has no forms, no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so opening a page does not send your data to font or image services run by others.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like any web server, it records technical data about each request, such as your IP address, your browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request.

Google processes this data on our behalf to deliver the site and keep it secure, for example to detect abuse. This data may be processed on servers outside Indonesia. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to follow up on your request. We keep it only as long as that purpose requires, or longer where the law requires it.

The site links to other websites, such as lari.id, Google Maps and primateknologi.com. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you have rights over your personal data. Among other things, you can ask us for information about it and for access to it, ask us to correct, complete or delete it, withdraw consent you have given, and object to its processing.

To make a request, email privacy@primainteraktif.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
